1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between you and Handle Hunter ("Handle Hunter", "we", "us"), the seller of the service described below. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. The service

Handle Hunter is a username availability scanner. It generates candidate usernames based on filters you choose and performs live availability checks against third-party platforms (currently GitHub, X, TikTok, Instagram and Reddit), showing which appear to be free. Availability results are best-effort and can change at any time; a result of "available" is not a guarantee that a platform will let you register that username.

3. Payment

Access is sold as a one-time payment of $10 USD for lifetime access. There is no subscription and no renewal. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
• infringing intellectual-property rights;
• interfering with the service's security or operation, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the service at a volume that degrades it for others;
• attempting to bypass payment, access controls or usage limits;
• reselling, redistributing or reverse-engineering the service.

5. Your account

You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Username ideas you find through the service are not owned by us and remain subject to each platform's own terms.

7. Service level and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If your access ends, your account data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

10. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Questions about these Terms: barronlouie08@gmail.com.
